iCleanse Announces $1 Million in Credit Financing to Fuel Growth, Adds Greg Reilly to Advisory Board

New Funding to Help Company Boost Hiring and R&D

Avon, CT – October 5, 2023 - iCleanse, a DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) startup that develops Swift UV units for phone disinfection and advertising revenue for businesses, announces a new $1 million round of credit financing from Enhanced Capital to fuel its growth. The funding from Enhanced Capital will enable iCleanse to boost operations, as it plans to utilize the investment to hire new employees while strengthening R&D operations.

“Following our credit financing round last year and the uptick we’ve experienced deploying Swift UV units, this is a great milestone in our company's growth,” said Chris Allen Sr., CEO of iCleanse. “As the world has opened post-COVID, there is an increasing interest from people looking to keep their mobile phones sanitized and for businesses to offer self-service UV stands to meet this need – all while providing an advertising revenue opportunity. We will continue to grow iCleanse as the company addresses the need for DOOH media and disinfected smartphones.”

iCleanse specializes in developing Swift UV units that offer users free, rapid 15-second phone disinfection in public spaces. Leveraging the latest technology, these units ensure phone hygiene and serve advertisements on a digital out-of-home (DOOH) screen, transforming the disinfection process into a seamless and engaging experience for users.

“Many businesses, particularly ones in the hospitality, event space, and museum industries, understand the importance of having disinfection stands available for people visiting their buildings.  Many of them, however, do not realize that these stands offer a new revenue stream for them, which is where iCleanse has developed the right solution to meet the needs of the greater public good while helping these businesses’ bottom line,” said Mark Slusar, Managing Partner, Enhanced Capital.

Advisory Team Addition
iCleanse is also announcing a significant addition to its advisory board, Greg Reilly. Greg is an experienced healthcare marketing expert currently serving as Global President for Dentsu Health, a media, creative, analytics, and consulting agency for rare disease and specialty pharmaceutical companies. As one of the company’s co-founders and driving forces behind the successful launch of Dentsu Health in 2021, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and insight that will contribute to iCleanse’s growth, as he will work closely with its leadership team to shape the company’s product vision and roadmap.
