David Engelhardt PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

David has over 30 years of experience in software and hardware solutions development in healthcare and manufacturing, with a particular focus on mobile technologies including tablets and handheld data collection devices. David is the founder and President of ReadyDock Inc. David is also the founder and CEO of Advanced Technical Support, Inc. a software development firm specializing in custom solutions for the healthcare and manufacturing industries. He is passionate and committed to providing safe, and workflow efficient methods to enable clinicians and patients to enhance care through the use of innovative technologies. He was recently awarded a patent on the ReadyDock technology platform combining essential workflow and disinfection into a single process. In the small window of time when he is not working or spending time with his amazing wife and daughter, he spends his time playing USTA tennis, collecting vinyl records, and shaping music and sound in his recording studio.



Jim Peek has over 18 years of experience in manufacturing, with a concentration on materials, operations and purchasing. He has worked in the automotive industry for Echlin Manufacturing and in the electronics industry for Krell Industries and Emme E2MS. Jim also worked in the medical manufacturing industry for a division of Philips Medical.

Jim brings to ReadyDock, the knowledge and expertise in lean manufacturing and world class manufacturing concepts for both materials and manufacturing. Jim also brings experience in establishing and ramping start-up/early stage manufacturing operations in the medical manufacturing field, consumer electronics as well as experience with transferring and establishing new product lines in the automotive parts industry.

Jim brings extensive experience in both QS and ISO certification implementations. Jim worked his way through college earning a Bachelor degree in business from Southern Connecticut State University, as well as his Masters Degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College.



Walter has over thirty years of experience in the field of electronic circuits design and systems engineering. He is multi-disciplined, creative, and brings a refreshing degree of common sense to ReadyDock’s product development efforts. Skilled in many aspects of design in data acquisition, communications, sensor, and control applications. Walter has a BSEE in solid state electronics with emphasis on instrumentation, mathematics, and physics and holds nine US patents.
